Solutions to common faults of ci6x series chromatic aberration meter:
A. insufficient measuring pressure,
Sometimes the instrument is pressed down normally, but it is found that the measurement cannot be started. Pay attention to the following positions:
Adjust the height (generally the elevation) and try to measure again. If this method is not good, contact the maintenance center!
B. "crocodile" appears after instrument calibration.
After normal calibration of the instrument, the following marks appear:
If the above "crocodile" icon appears, it means that the light source energy is small, but it can still be measured. You need to contact the maintenance center to replace the light source and correct it.
C. can't start the machine.
It's a little more complicated when you can't turn on the machine. You can try the following methods to diagnose yourself:
C1. Remove the battery, connect the charger directly, and if the charger is OK, contact the maintenance center.
C2. Refresh firmware. Firmware refresh is easy to cause problems, so please contact us if necessary!

Different versions of colorimeter have different characteristics of products. When users choose colorimeter, they need to pay attention to the version of ci6x series colorimeter.
Ci6x is a general term, in which X can be 0, 2 and 4, mainly including ci60, ci62 and ci64, but this is a rough statement, and a little more refined:
Ci60: the function is the simplest, the price is the lowest, and the accuracy is lower than 62 and 64. It can't connect with quality control software. If you want to use the integrating ball equipment with limited budget, choose it.
Ci62: cost performance is in the middle, so there are many audiences. The default aperture is 8mm.
Ci62s - aperture 4mm (target window opening size 6.5mm)
Ci62l - aperture 14mm (target window opening size 20mm)
Ci64: it has the highest price and the best performance. The default setting is to support 4mm / 8mm at the same time. The user can switch the aperture size independently.
